We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Exeter. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Operate commercial floor care equipment and climb ladders as needed.
- Restock supplies and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with special events and projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and stand for extended periods.
