Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, maintaining confidential information, and maintaining controlled medication and required documentation.
• Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company standards of ethics and integrity, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas, analyzing and interpreting reports, implementing and monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
