Production Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our team at TKO StaffPros LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production facility.

• Leadership and Management
  • Provide guidance and support to your team of salaried and hourly employees to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement productivity plans to meet business objectives, working closely with other departmental leaders to achieve production goals.
• Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of production to deliver on key performance indicators (safety, quality, and production).
• Process Improvement
  • Scope, lead, and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and production.
  • Ensure all production employees adhere to established company policies and procedures.
• Communication and Training
  • Act as a liaison for communications between senior leadership and all employees.
  • Ensure supervisors devise and execute appropriate training plans for their direct reports.

• Experience managing a team of 2+ salaried employees and 40+ indirect employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent education; community college or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in basic computer knowledge, i.e. Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a Policy Elements Background Check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and rotating shifts.
• Ability to work at heights over 50 feet and lift 50 pounds.
