Manufacturing Technician

At Entegris, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role is critical to our canister refurbishment process, and we are looking for an individual who can deliver high-quality results while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

This Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for disassembling, assembling, and troubleshooting canisters in a hazardous chemical environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to improve work processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to drive production goals that delight our customers.
• Take ownership of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible.

• Continuously learn and improve processes.
• Adapt to change and work under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment is a plus.
• Dependability and flexibility to work overtime and weekends to support business needs.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is a plus).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
• Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to attain respirator certification.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
