Key Responsibilities:


Utilize your physical therapy expertise in a meaningful way by evaluating patient conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and supporting their daily progress towards recovery.

In addition, you will guide nursing staff and family members on follow-up programs that enhance the progress achieved.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating patient progress or concerns to supervisors and team members
  • Assisting with patient scheduling and maintaining accurate daily records
  • Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
  • Instructing family members or nursing staff on follow-through programs
  • Ensuring equipment and work areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition
  • Adhering to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
