The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, strategy, or start-ups, preferably in the building or infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic innovation projects in cross-functional teams with internal experts, external industry and technology partners in lead customer projects.
  • Evaluate business models and quantify market opportunities in the areas of sustainability, safety, and digitalization.
  • Identify and pilot AI applications for optimized service delivery and as an element of new products in connection with the digital twin.
  • Develop and roll out the Real Estate & Infrastructure portfolio with a focus on cross-country and cross-domain services.
  • Advance and operationalize the division's strategy.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses.
Qualifications
  • Completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or start-ups, preferably in the building or infrastructure sector.
  • Profound experience in complex international strategic projects in the digital environment (e.g. AI applications, eCommerce, customer portal development, etc.).
  • Independent, cooperative, solution-oriented work style and strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills at all levels, including in an international environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • International experience is a plus.
