We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Installation Specialist to join our team at Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing stairlift products, providing technical support to customers, and diagnosing mechanical and system failures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service stairlift products to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  • Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and system failures using established procedures
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as HVAC, home improvements, or security/alarm systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds regularly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods
