Position Overview:
The Automotive Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding customers through the sales and financing journey. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, supporting lot operations, and driving omni-channel sales. You will be expected to:
  • Execute the sales process effectively and meet monthly sales goals
  • Maintain high-quality CRM records and documentation
  • Utilize trained sales techniques consistently
  • Assist in vehicle photography and ensure proper vehicle check-in
  • Deliver vehicles to partner locations as required
  • Support lot organization and merchandising efforts
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in automotive sales
  • A valid Driver's License
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, global organization
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing business needs
