Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a dynamic professional to greet prospective tenants, provide information about available apartments, amenities, and leasing terms, and conduct tours of the property.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information, and offering excellent customer service.
  • You will assist prospective tenants with the application process, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting background and credit checks, and verifying income and rental history.
  • Your goal will be to follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the leasing process.
  • In collaboration with the property management team, you will ensure that apartments are move-in ready and prepared for new tenants.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position our property in the marketplace.
  • You will utilize leasing software and databases to maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applicant information, and apartment availability.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating advertisements, posting listings online, and organizing promotional events.
  • Attend property management meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Two years of previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective tenants.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with leasing software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits

As an Apartment Leasing Agent at CKTAssetManagement, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
