Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
- Conduct specialized case management for Adult Protective Services (APS), including thorough investigations and assessments of vulnerable adults.
- Evaluate reports of potential abuse, neglect, and exploitation while ensuring the dignity and self-determination of individuals.
- Deliver case management services in compliance with APS policies, including home visits and legal documentation.
- Coordinate essential services to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults, facilitating both temporary and long-term placements.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and family courts for emergency interventions and secure protective placements.
- Foster professional relationships with colleagues and community partners.
- Assess and assist vulnerable adults in accessing long-term services, including financial management and legal support.
- Participate in emergency shelter duties as assigned.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least one year of relevant experience.
