Job Summary

Merry Wood Lodge Center - Elmore, AL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with licensed nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
