Childcare Professional

This is a full-time position available Monday through Friday, offering a competitive hourly rate of $14 and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Young Learners Childcare Center (YLCC) is a temporary, short-term childcare facility designed to support students of the Excel Center. Our center provides a safe and caring environment for children up to the age of 12, allowing parents to focus on their studies or work.

• Ensure the safe and caring management of students in the center.
• Monitor students, serve snacks, and facilitate learning opportunities.
• Communicate with parents regarding policies, procedures, and student information.
• Assist in the registration process and maintain accurate student files.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum and program activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Continuing education in child development or early childhood education preferred.
• Child/infant CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
