About the Role

We are seeking an experienced dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Lakeland, FL. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
  • Collaborate with our dental hygienist and dental assistant to deliver lifetime patient care
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical techniques and technologies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
Requirements
  • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Florida
  • Clinical knowledge and experience in comprehensive dentistry
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience with endodontics and implants
  • Invisalign certification
