Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville. As a seasoned RN, you will provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Your supervision and leadership skills will be essential in guiding nursing assistants in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants in their daily activities, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of residence.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
