Chileda Institute Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Lead Direct Support Professional to join our team at the 40's House. As a key member of our residential team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students with cognitive and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Train and coach Direct Support Professionals on behavior programs, policies, and procedures.
- Provide daily positive feedback to supervised employees.
- Implement changes introduced by the Residential Team and Core Teams.
- Perform all assigned duties of Direct Support Professionals.
To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalency. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
What We OfferFull-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time roles offering a generous benefits package. Hours are overnight, and you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
