Optical Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters, a leading provider of eye care and eyewear solutions. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing personalized recommendations to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are visually appealing and easily accessible.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service, with a strong track record of sales performance.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
