We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent to join our team at Gibson Plumbing Company in Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding area, Texas. As a key member of our operations team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multifamily plumbing projects, from site preparation to final completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber or higher. A current state Driver's License and ability to climb 10 flights of stairs and carry 50 pounds are also required. In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate multifamily plumbing projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee site preparation, including excavation and grading.
  • Inspect and approve all plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
