Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is seeking a RMA Warehouse Associate for a manufacturing company in the Los Angeles area.

As a RMA Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing returns, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process returns and catalog items in Excel
  • Manage Amazon returns and other shipping carriers
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to navigate NetSuite and WMS systems
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, standing for prolonged periods and performing physical tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Spanish bilingual skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with NetSuite and WMS systems a plus
