As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing 5-star customer service, ensuring a positive arrival and departure experience for our clients and customers.
  • Safely parking and retrieving vehicles in designated valet parking storage areas.
  • Assisting customers with luggage and other items, promoting a seamless experience.
  • Monitoring the parking/drive-up area to maintain a smooth flow of vehicles, directing traffic as needed.
  • Responding to general inquiries about parking, site location, directions, and amenities.

Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to run, stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Valid driver's license is required, with the ability to drive a manual transmission preferred but not necessary.
