Job Summary: Evergreen Subs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an InShopper. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience by responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Sandwich Preparation: Prepare sandwiches to order, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes and procedures.
• Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards, and performing daily cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive attitude, and support a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Math Skills: Demonstrate basic math skills, including addition and subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
• Physical Demands: Be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
