Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and their end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and their end-users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
