Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at MT SAN RAFAEL HOSPITAL. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering occupational therapy programs to help patients regain their vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Administer treatments and occupational agents as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning
  • Participate in operational aspects and quality improvement processes of the department
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school or college of Occupational Therapy
  • Holds an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) certification from the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Holds a Colorado Occupational Therapist License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy
  • Current BCLS certification
