Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $42.36 per hour, with competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; prescription coverage; paid time off (PTO); and extended illness days (EID).

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse at Select Specialty Hospital - Madison, Inc., you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Initiate ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Interpret assessment data to develop nursing care plans containing problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, and discharge planning.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- A valid State RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
