Overview:

Your duties will include performing meter turn-ons and turn-offs, delivering disconnect notifications to customers, and reading customer meters. You will also have the opportunity to install meters and meter sets, which may include industrial meters.

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, based on location and experience. This figure includes a base salary range of $55,000 to $75,000, plus additional compensation for bonuses and overtime pay.

Responsibilities:
As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  1. • Performing meter turn-ons and turn-offs
  2. Delivering disconnect notifications to customers
  3. Reading customer meters
  4. Installing meters and meter sets, which may include industrial meters
  5. Light pilots, testing, and inspecting appliances and gas equipment to ensure proper operation
