Job Summary

The Bistro at Courtyard is a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment that offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional guest service and culinary expertise. As a Bistro Server and Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to our guests, while also maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and collect payment from customers
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Provide assistance in food and beverage areas, including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to guests
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas
  • Count the bank at end of shifts and follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience is required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
  • No supervisory experience
  • None
