Residential Property Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Sunridge Management team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in achieving property objectives, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate rent and deposit tracking.
• Provides excellent customer service, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Assists with marketing efforts, including conducting outreach marketing and contributing ideas for improving resident satisfaction.
• Processes move-ins, move-outs, and security deposits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Accepts service requests and routes them to maintenance for prompt processing.

Requirements

This position requires at least 1 year of experience in property management, basic computer knowledge, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per year
