Tire Technician Position Summary: Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, as well as performing tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs. This is a full-time position that requires working 5 days a week. We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, with the potential for weekly bonus payments totaling up to $800 during the introductory period. In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments tied to every single service you perform.

About the Role: As a Tire Technician, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new tires and wheels
  • Perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry; training provided for those without prior experience
