Job Overview

The Cary Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, customer interaction, safety and organization, warehouse management, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with unloading and checking in merchandise, assembling customer orders, and preparing shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, properly marking materials, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
  • Organize the warehouse, read and interpret orders, and move materials as needed.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
