Sullivan Tire Companies is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and services on customer vehicles while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires.
- Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections and document findings.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles, including maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune-ups.
- Produce accurate repair estimates for customer vehicles.
- Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Adhere to safety and environmental standards, including maintaining a clean work area.
- Communicate with customers and sales staff about repairs needed and their value.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
- Valid Driver's License.
