Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their recreational and therapeutic needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement recreation-based and music-based treatment programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and lead recreational activities, including arts and crafts, music therapy, and outdoor recreation, to promote patient engagement and participation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and program evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Recreational Therapist (CRT) or Registered Recreational Therapist (RRT).
