Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing patient-centered care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hematological and oncological conditions
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in hematology and oncology
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
