Position Summary:
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator. In this capacity, your primary responsibilities will include the upkeep and repair of furniture, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as HVAC units.

You will tackle complex maintenance tasks within a building environment, ensuring everything operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you may be tasked with:

  • Executing general maintenance duties, including construction activities such as erecting walls, installing doors, and setting up partitions.
  • Maintaining and repairing furniture, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment.
  • Repairing drywall, installing wall coverings, painting, and conducting ceiling repairs as necessary.
  • Mounting pictures, boards, and other items on various surfaces as required.
  • Assigning tasks and providing technical guidance to junior Facilities Technicians.
  • Performing additional responsibilities pertinent to this role as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree or equivalent trade school certification in a relevant building trade.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance.
  • Proficiency in general building maintenance skills.
  • The ability to interpret basic blueprints.
  • A readiness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
  • Eligibility as a US Person.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $37.55 per hour
