Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver fact-based pricing strategies to division leadership, leveraging data analysis and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand factors impacting pricing and selling processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide objective insights and recommendations to senior division leadership, utilizing data visualization and presentation skills.
- Analyze data to understand cause-and-effect relationships, identifying root causes and sharing findings with the team.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Two years of related work experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
- High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or MBA in a related field (business, finance, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with business software (Salesforce, JDE, Business Intelligence) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Strong quantitative and analytical foundation, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with division leadership.
