Our flexible staffing program enables nurses to choose their own schedules, ensuring a safe staffing level for the department while accommodating their personal needs.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient vital signs
- Participate in safe aseptic technique and procedures
- Provide leadership and direction to support staff within the department
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One-year experience in nursing preferred
- Current Texas State RN License
- CPR (American Heart Association)
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire/transfer date
- NIHSS required within 90 days of hire/transfer date
The CSH Beeville ICU has 8 beds and provides a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients and their families.
