A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
Educational Background
Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Licenses and Certifications
Active RN license in the state of Arkansas is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is required within six months of employment.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be achieved within six months of employment.
Completion of a neonatal critical care course is necessary within six months of hire.
