Job Title: Skilled Nursing LPN

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Moses Lake, Washington. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and the facility's policies and procedures.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current Washington LPN license.
  • 2 years of previous nursing experience.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
