Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine, complex, automated, and manual lab techniques without direct supervision. This includes maintaining lab equipment, performing quality control measures, and interpreting test results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of prior lab experience and ASCP certification. They will be able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and coordinate general workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Perform standard routine, complex, automated, and manual lab techniques
  • Maintain lab equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Perform quality control measures and interpret test results
  • Assist in training new assistants and technologists
  • Supervise Laboratory Assistants
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years of prior lab experience
  • ASCP certification (no MLT)
