This is a full-time, hourly opportunity based in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and follow up on customer inquiries and leads through various communication channels
  • Leverage the dealership's CRM system to monitor leads and manage customer relationships
  • Arrange appointments for Sales Managers and Sales Representatives with prospective clients
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries effectively
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and coordinate appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of dealership events and marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed about new and existing Subaru models, pricing structures, and promotional offers
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer and CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
