Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Keene Center in Keene, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
  • Communicate patient information to assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
