Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and interface with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project deliverables, reviews, and budgets
  • Direct assignments to project team members and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide technical/engineering support to projects as Engineer of Record
  • Participate in interviews and presentations for prospective projects
Requirements
  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
  • Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain one in Florida
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management of transportation or municipal projects
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software
  • Microstation ORD knowledge is a plus
  • Strong project management, leadership, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with contract and subcontract management
