We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management Lead to join our team and lead the development of our supply chain strategy. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of logistics operations, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the planning and execution of logistics operations, including purchasing, production planning, and transportation management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop plans to implement changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
