Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives for constant process improvement, overseeing and guiding root cause analysis efforts, and designing technical security controls to reduce the risk of compromise of Micron's assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide root cause analysis efforts of security solutions at Micron
  • Design technical security controls to reduce the risk of compromise of Micron's assets
  • Provide solutions for identified gaps in security posture
  • Guide and consult Operational engineers in upgrading security solutions
  • Drive escalated issues from ops team to complete resolution
  • Ensure that Change Management process of ITSM is followed when making production changes
  • Fulfill daily service requests and resolution
  • Create automation of common processes to reduce workload
  • Participate in root cause analysis with senior level engineers
  • Troubleshoot with end users
  • Remediate Virus Infections either directly or through collaboration with field services teams
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a Security Engineer-related occupation.
