POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Retail Security Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by providing assistance at the store's entrance. This position involves welcoming customers as they enter and exit the store and offering guidance as necessary. Additionally, the role includes efforts to minimize theft and prevent loss.

  • Welcome and assist each customer as they arrive, identifying their shopping requirements and directing them to the relevant sections of the store.
  • Remain actively present at the front entrance, offering guidance to customers and facilitating communication with store staff and management.
  • Thank all customers as they leave the store and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee front-end inventory and assist customers with related products.
  • Respond promptly to any security alarms.
  • Implement theft prevention strategies as necessary.
  • Comply with established safety protocols, loss prevention policies, and operational procedures while maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals (both teammates and customers) feel welcomed, secure, and respected.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach to support team efforts throughout the store.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
