About the Role

This is a 2nd shift opening at our manufacturing facility in Gettysburg. The position is scheduled from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am. The hourly rate of pay is $24.35 and is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain powered industrial trucks, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Keep accurate service records for powered industrial trucks.
  • Perform adjustments to machines and equipment for proper operation.
  • Make light welding and plumbing repairs.
  • Repair minor electrical machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Inform supervisor of equipment status and report any problem areas.
  • FOLLOW standard operating and safety procedures.
  • Ensure the area remains safe, clean, and organized.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Competencies
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand English procedures.
  • Knowledge of motor testing using a voltmeter and amp meter.
  • Working safely and conscientiously.
