We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to serve as a Lake Lifeguard. As a Lake Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of lake users, preventing accidents, and responding to emergencies. You will work closely with our team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all lake users.

• Observe and patrol assigned lake areas to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with lake regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Enforce lake rules and regulations, including those related to swimming, boating, and watercraft.
• Collaborate with other lifeguards and park rangers to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all lake users.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR/AED required.
• Ability to swim 1000 meters in 18 minutes or less.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lake Lifeguards work in a fast-paced environment, often in extreme weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors for extended periods, including during peak sun hours and in inclement weather. You will also be required to wear a uniform and follow all safety protocols.
