Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care at the Level 4 NICU at the Children's Hospital at Erlanger. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and monitor patient care outcomes on an ongoing basis
- Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounding and quality improvement projects
- Precept dietetic interns and contribute to departmental meetings
- Work rotating weekends and holidays covering pediatric acute and intensive care units
- Registered Dietitian credential and three+ years of experience, including NICU experience
- Licensure in the state of TN
- Board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition care (CSP) credential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by education level or years of relevant experience
- Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal
- Three weeks of vacation, eight holidays, and three personal days paid each year
- Reimbursement for continuing education events and up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually
