Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care at the Level 4 NICU at the Children's Hospital at Erlanger. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and monitor patient care outcomes on an ongoing basis
  • Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounding and quality improvement projects
  • Precept dietetic interns and contribute to departmental meetings
  • Work rotating weekends and holidays covering pediatric acute and intensive care units
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian credential and three+ years of experience, including NICU experience
  • Licensure in the state of TN
  • Board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition care (CSP) credential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
