Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Koch Family Entertainment LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the mechanical maintenance of our amusement park rides, water park attractions, and facilities.

• Supervise and Manage Maintenance Staff: Supervise and review the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Develop and Manage Maintenance Budget: Assist in developing the ride maintenance budget and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budget allocations.
• Inspect and Maintain Rides and Attractions: Oversee the daily inspection of rides and water park attractions, ensuring proper inspection documentation and taking necessary action to ensure compliance with established codes and regulations.
• Coordinate Maintenance Projects: Coordinate maintenance projects with other park departments, contractors, and ride manufacturers as necessary.
• Perform Maintenance Duties: Perform maintenance duties in the park as scheduled.
• Review and Process Records: Receive and review various records and reports, including ride modification forms, purchase orders, price quotes, and mechanical drawings.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred or vocational training in Maintenance/Technology/Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in amusement parks and/or water parks, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisor/management experience.
• Certifications: Certifications Preferred: NAARSO Level 1 Ride Inspector or AIMS International Ride Inspector.
• Other Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver's License, ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, and ability to pass a background check.
