Restaurant Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Restaurant Server to join our team at Bricktown Brewery Restaurants. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Prepare tables for new guests by cleaning and resetting them after previous diners.
• Process payments, present bills, accept payment methods, and provide change or process credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including performing side work and keeping service stations tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food and beverages for extended periods.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
