Experienced Bookkeeper

Moon Air is a reputable heating and air conditioning services provider serving Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania since 1987. Our mission is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship with honesty and integrity.

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage our accounting activities, process accounts receivable and payable, and prepare finance reports. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, providing daily reports, and efficiently posting deposits and processing accounts payable and receivable.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare finance reports and general ledger
• Process deposits and vendor expenses
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable
• Perform advanced accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
• Ability to perform advanced accounting tasks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with Paychex Flex is a plus

The ideal candidate will be located in the Elkton, MD area and be able to work Monday - Friday, from 8 am - 5 pm.
