Job Summary

Chaparral Insulation is seeking a skilled Insulation Laborer to join our team. As an Insulation Laborer, you will work closely with experienced Insulation Mechanics to learn the skills necessary to install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment, as well as plumbing systems and industrial piping.

We offer a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. With our guidance, you will have the opportunity to advance to more senior positions, including Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent.
